Poonam Pandit is an experienced professional in climate change, sustainability, and environmental management with over two decades of expertise across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at Pristine Planet Pvt. Ltd., she leads teams in implementing sustainability, ESG, GHG inventories, LCA, and CSR assessments in diverse industries. Her previous roles include Sustainability Manager at Ingenyria Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Director at InventEdge, where she provided solutions for CSR, resource mobilization, and project development. She is skilled in environmental auditing, carbon footprint verification, and has extensive experience with international and Indian sustainability frameworks like BRSR, ESG, and SBTi. Poonam’s education includes a Master’s in Environmental Science and certifications in renewable energy, ESG, and carbon management, further enhancing her capacity to contribute to global sustainability efforts.
Pranav Sinha is an accomplished environmental policy expert with over two decades of experience in climate change, sustainability, and energy transitions. Currently serving as Director of Pristine Planet, he oversees key aspects of climate finance, circular economy, climate policy, carbon taxation, and climate taxonomy. As an independent consultant, he has worked on projects related to energy transition, climate finance, circular economy, and ESG. He has served as a Policy Consultant for the G20 Secretariat, focusing on energy, environment, and climate policy. Pranav has held key roles in several organizations, including the EU Resource Efficiency Initiative, GLOBE India, and Climate Parliament, where he facilitated policy dialogues, multi-stakeholder engagements, and renewable energy initiatives. His work includes extensive experience in climate finance, carbon markets, resource efficiency, and environmental impact assessments. He holds a Master's in Environmental Science and has earned certifications in carbon taxation, sustainable finance, and operationalizing the Paris Agreement.
Anmol Kumar is the Director of IT and Operations at Pristine Planet, with over 20 years of experience in managing software, hardware, and IT infrastructure. He brings a wealth of expertise in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of technological systems across organizations. As Director of Tatvik System Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he leads a team of passionate consultants dedicated to delivering high-performing, efficient distribution management solutions in a competitive marketplace. His extensive background in IT management enables him to drive operational excellence and tackle complex technological challenges.
Leena Fernandez is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in content development, fundraising, and networking across diverse sectors such as health, climate change, gender, and livelihoods. She has worked with organizations like Keystone Foundation, Wildlife Trust of India, and Tropical Institute of Ecological Sciences. Her expertise spans creating compelling narratives for websites, blogs, donor reports, and fundraising appeals. Currently associated with Pristine Planet as Communications Consultant, she is skilled in project development, strategic communication, and donor engagement, helping expand project footprints and build lasting partnerships.
Kalyanee Paranjape is a skilled consultant specializing in climate and sustainable development, currently working with Pristine Planet as a consultant for Climate Research. With a robust background in public policy and multilateral relations, she has held significant positions, including G20 Strategy Consultant and various roles within the Ministry of External Affairs in India, where she focused on multilateral economic relations. Her experience also includes serving as a Program Officer at the Centre for Responsible Business and internships at prominent international organizations like the International Labour Organization and the International Trade Centre. Kalyanee holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, where her thesis addressed North-South and South-South climate finance dynamics. Her education and diverse professional experiences underscore her commitment to advancing climate-related initiatives and women's entrepreneurship.
